Before you order
Not sure whether your drawing or pet photo is suitable? Email us a clear image and tell us which piece you are considering. We will help you understand what will work best before you place an order.
Existing orders
Please include your order number in your message so we can assist you more quickly. If you need to replace the artwork or photo you submitted, attach the new file and note your order number.
Production and delivery
We send a digital proof within 3–5 business days and begin production only after approval. Production then takes 15–20 business days; standard delivery time depends on destination. For an urgent gifting date or special request, please let us know before ordering.
We typically reply within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.
