Thank you for shopping with Aeterna. As all of our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Production Time
All Aeterna pieces are handcrafted to order. After you approve your design proof, production typically takes 15–20 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note: The production timeline begins only after you have approved your digital design proof. We will not begin crafting your piece until you confirm the design.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Aeterna is not responsible for any customs delays.
Packaging
Every Aeterna piece is shipped in our signature premium gift box, ready for gifting. The package is carefully wrapped to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Aeterna is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@byaeterna.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@byaeterna.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
