Each Aeterna piece is custom-made to order after your design proof is approved.

Order Timeline

Design proof: 3-5 business days after image submission
Production: 15-20 business days after design approval
Standard shipping: 5-14 business days depending on destination

Please note that production time begins only after you approve your digital design proof. If we are waiting for your image submission or design approval, your order timeline may be extended.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all custom jewelry orders.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping time is 5-14 business days depending on your destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees charged by their country or region. These fees are not included in the product price and are not collected by Aeterna at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@byaeterna.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will help review the issue with the shipping carrier and work with you toward a fair solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at hello@byaeterna.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has entered production or shipping preparation.
