From a favourite photo to a meaningful memorial, we transform your pet’s likeness into a one-of-one piece of hand-painted enamel jewelry—made to celebrate the bond you share.

How your custom order works

1. Choose your material and chain. Select 925 Sterling Silver, 10K Solid Gold, or 18K Solid Gold, then choose pendant only, a necklace chain, or a bracelet chain.
2. Upload your pet photo before adding to cart. Use the required file field above. Your image is attached to your order, so you do not need to email it again unless you need to replace it.
3. Review your digital proof. Within 3–5 business days, we send a design proof for your approval. We begin production only after you approve it.
4. We handcraft your piece. After approval, production takes 15–20 business days.
5. Receive your Aeterna keepsake. Standard worldwide shipping is complimentary; delivery time varies by destination.

Photo guidance

For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face and key markings. Natural light, a front-facing or three-quarter view, and a high-resolution original work best. Please avoid filters, heavy shadows, or screenshots of screenshots. If you are unsure whether your photo will work, contact us at hello@byaeterna.com before ordering.

Timing, delivery, and made-to-order assurance

Please allow 3–5 business days for your design proof, 15–20 business days for production after approval, and approximately 5–14 business days for standard shipping. International duties, VAT, or local import charges may apply and are assessed by the destination country.
